I've been a resident for about half a year now and from my experience, each interaction I've had with Leon has been awesome. He consistently brings a level of professionalism, positivity, and genuine care that truly stands out. Deon’s energy is noticeably different, but in the best way. He is approachable, patient, attentive, and dedicated. His customer service skills are unmatched, and it is clear that he takes pride in helping residents and prospective tenants feel heard, respected, and taken care of. Deon has the kind of attitude and work ethic that reflects extremely well and it leaves a great impression of the company as a whole. He is reliable, personable, and goes above and beyond. In my opinion, that type of effort is extremely hard to find in a work setting and it honestly deserves to be recognized for the value that it brings.

I’ve lived at One South Market for the past 2 years and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the leasing team, management, and maintenance personnel. Any questions, concerns, or complaints are always addressed promptly. Maintenance requests are also fulfilled quicker than anywhere else I’ve lived. Deon, Lily, and Brian have had the biggest impact on my experience while living here. Friendly staff, clean common areas, and courteous community overall. I Would be staying if I didn’t have to relocate for work.

Just finished touring One South Apartments and had a great time. Deon, the leasing agent, was helpful, detailed and very knowledgeable. Had a great time walking around the community and being shown the available apartments. Definitely keeping an eye on availability and hopefully become a resident in the future. :)

Overall had a really good experience living here. The building is well-maintained, amenities are great, and the management team is responsive and helpful. They also host fun resident events often, which makes the community feel more welcoming.

This complex has become absolutely terrible, and the management is the main reason why. There is almost never anyone at the front desk — it feels completely abandoned. No one monitors who comes in or out of the building, and there is zero sense of security. For a place that’s supposed to be a residential complex, this is completely unacceptable. The locker system is a nightmare. Half the time you simply cannot open your own locker, and there’s no staff available to help. It’s frustrating and clearly poorly managed. The pool area is another huge disappointment. The furniture is never replaced or properly cleaned — everything is dirty, worn out, and even torn. It looks neglected and honestly embarrassing. What’s even worse is that the complex keeps getting worse every single year. There is constant staff turnover, and it clearly shows in the lack of organization and care. Overall, this place is extremely poorly managed and not worth what they charge.
